Export Control & End-Use Declaration

Eview GNSS Technology Ltd strictly adheres to international export control regulations. Our products are subject to applicable export laws and regulations, including EU Dual-Use Regulation (EU) 2021/821.

1. End-Use Declaration

The buyer affirms that the items purchased from this website — or any replicas thereof — will not be used:

• In any nuclear explosive activities or unsafeguarded nuclear fuel-cycle activities;
• For any purpose related to restricted applications under export control laws;
• In connection with missiles or unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) subject to applicable export controls.

2. Binding Agreement & Buyer Responsibility

Delivery of goods is strictly subject to the following conditions:

• The buyer fully accepts and acknowledges the above commitments as legally binding;
• The buyer is considered trustworthy and reliable in upholding and complying with these obligations;
• The buyer agrees to immediately notify Eview GNSS Technology Ltd of any change in end-use or end-user that may conflict with these terms.

3. Re-Export Restrictions

The buyer agrees not to re-export the goods to any third country without prior written consent from the Strategic Goods Control Unit.

Exemptions

Consent is not required for re-export to the European Union or countries listed in Annex IIa of EU Dual-Use Regulation (EU) 2021/821, including: Australia, Canada, Iceland, Japan, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland (including Liechtenstein), United Kingdom, and United States of America.

Prohibited Destinations

We do not accept buyers or shipments to the following regions or countries under any circumstances:

• Belarus, Crimea, Luhansk, Donetsk
• Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia
• South Sudan, Sudan, Syria
