How to Update Your Firmware

Request the File

Email us your product model and current firmware version. We’ll send you the correct firmware package.

Read Release Notes

Review the release notes included with the download. Note any configuration changes required after update.

Flash via Software

Use RxTools (mosaic) or UMA (UM980/UM982) to upload the firmware file to your connected receiver.

Verify & Test

Confirm the new firmware version is reported correctly. Re-apply your configuration if the update reset settings.
